RARE PHOTOS: Reform councillor suspended over hang the dwarf post - The Real Truth

  • Reform UK councillor David Rowan has been suspended by the party pending an investigation into resurfaced social media posts.
  • An account linked to the Kirklees councillor posted "Hang the Dwarf" in October 2019 regarding then-Commons speaker John Bercow.
  • Mr Rowan also faced backlash for homophobic comments after writing that he does not believe gay people should have children.
  • Further resurfaced posts showed support for far-right campaigner Tommy Robinson and suggested turning Westminster into a Wetherspoons.
  • A Reform UK spokesman confirmed the suspension while the party conducts a formal investigation.
