Reforms giving greater powers to an anti-corruption commission have come under fire for failing to allow past allegations about contentious Labor-backed construction projects to be investigated.

Premier Ben Carroll is expected to introduce the Independent Broad-based Anti-Corruption Commission (IBAC) Amendment Bill 2026 to the Victorian Parliament on Tuesday.
