Rightmove has launched a “David versus Goliath” battle against a small London-based rental agency, accusing it of trademark infringement.

The real estate giant, which reported over £273 million in underlying operating profits last year, sent a cease and desist letter to the owner of Right Room on February 20, claiming that the agency’s name and house-style logo were too similar to its own branding.
