SHOCKING: Scg to complete study on olefins joint venture | Mind Blowing Facts

SCG Siam Cement Group Thailand

Siam Cement Group (SCG), Thailand's largest cement and industrial conglomerate, is pressing forward with a feasibility study on a potential joint venture with PTT Global Chemical in the olefins and polyolefins sector.

The study is expected to conclude by September 2026, said Sakchai Patiparnpreechavud, president of SCG Chemicals, a subsidiary of SCG.

He said the project aims to strengthen Thailand's petrochemical supply chain and enhance industry competitiveness.
