Entrust Resource Solutions (ERS) has reported a turnover increase of 30% to £5.5m.
During the financial year to the end of March 2022, the life sciences and healthcare recruitment firm also doubled its headcount, including the creation of three new strategic roles: group operations director and two divisional directors.
The company puts growth down to rising demand for talent in the sectors it specialises in during the continued pandemic last year.
