Laois John Lennon Leinster Leinster Championship

Seamas 'Cheddar' Plunkett has stepped down as Laois hurling manager after two seasons in the role.

Plunkett returned to the job for a second time in 2020 after previously managing his native county from 2012 to 2016.

The O'Moore County will be playing in the Joe McDonagh Cup next year following relegation from the Leinster Championship after losing all five of their games this campaign.
