The US attorney for the Southern District of New York, Damian Williams, held a news conference on Tuesday to outline the charges against Sean 'Diddy' Combs. According to Williams, Combs is facing charges of racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking, and interstate transportation for prostitution.

Williams stated that the alleged incidents took place between at least 2008 and the present. He described how Combs is accused of abusing, threatening, and coercing victims to fulfill his sexual desires, protect his reputation, and conceal his conduct.
