EXPLAINED: Sheikh mansour sends message to man city fans after champions league win | Vintage Vibes

Mansour UEFA Champions League Manchester City the Champions League

Sheikh Mansour has promised that Manchester City will continue searching for trophies after watching his club lift the European Cup in Istanbul.

City's owner was in attendance for a game for only the second time since buying the club in 2008, and for the first time since 2010. He didn't see a classic Champions League final, but City edged a tight game thanks to Rodri's goal and completed a historic treble.

After sealing a fifth Premier League in six years, City added the FA Cup to their collection last week and followed it up with a first ever European Cup in Istanbul on Saturday - with Sheikh Mansour watching on.
