Elgin City have sacked manager Allan Hale for gross misconduct.
The SPFL League Two side had previously confirmed Hale had been suspended pending an investiation into his behaviour. Assistant boss Stefan Laird had stepped into the hotseat in the meantime.
The investigation has now been concluded and the 38-year-old removed from his post permanently.
It's not yet known what the gross misconduct relates to.

An Elgin statement said: "Following the conclusion of an internal investigation conducted in accordance with the clubs policies and procedures, we can confirm that the men’s first-team manager has been dismissed with immediate effect after a finding of gross misconduct.
"The club will make no further comment on this matter. "We can now fully focus on the positive process of appointing a new manager and the continuation of our player recruitment plans.
