Tributes have been paid to a 'devoted' dad after his tragic death when he was killed by a falling tree in Storm Eunice.
The man, who has been named as Billy Kinsella, was clearing debris from a road in Co Wexford, Ireland, when he was killed, reports the Mirror.
Mr Kinsella, an employee of Wexford County Council, had been attending the scene of a fallen tree when he was fatally injured.
