An actor from Netflix show Stranger Things has revealed how he contacted Love Island winner Ekin-Su Culculoglu over the weekend, prompting surprised reactions from fans.

A clip from an Instagram Live between Stranger Things stars Millie Bobby Brown and Noah Schnapp began doing the rounds on social media on Sunday. In it, 17-year-old Noah, who plays Will Byers in the hit Netflix show, revealed how he had sent a message to the Love Island star following her win last week.

He said: “I DM’d Ekin-Su and she answered me.”
