Families of people with a life limiting illness are set to benefit from a new service which will offer practical, clinical and emotional support and advice.
Strathcarron Hospice, based in Denny, which provides specialist palliative care to people in Forth Valley, Cumbernauld and Kilsyth, has launched a dedicated 'Live Your Life' team.
It means that anyone living with or caring for someone with a terminal illness can speak directly to the Live your Life Team at the hospice, without requiring a professional referral - with the aim to reach people significantly earlier in their illness.
