INSANE: Student accommodation provider study inn group secures 22 6m for nottingham scheme | Rare Historical Photos

Nottingham Paragon

Student accommodation provider Study Inn Group has secured a £22.6 million finance facility to support its new Nottingham scheme.

The funding from Paragon Development Finance has helped with the acquisition of land in Triumph Road and with the development of the 270-bed scheme.

It is the tenth time Paragon has provided backing to Study Inn Group, which has so far supported the development of more than 2,100 student bed spaces across the UK.
