Sydney talkback king Ray Hadley will retire from hosting duties at the end of the year, ending a two-decade run leading the city's morning radio ratings.
In an on-air announcement on Thursday, Hadley told 2GB listeners he was ending his 43-year career behind the mic as a race caller, rugby league commentator and morning-show host.
