These Terms and Conditions for Influencers, incorporating any documents by reference and any revisions thereto, set out the terms under which you (“You”) agree to provide services as a freelance influencer (“Your Services”) to Guardian News & Media Limited (“GNM”).

Please read these terms carefully. You shall be legally bound by these terms when GNM sends You a countersigned Term Sheet. You are advised to print off and keep a paper copy of these terms.
