In a video shared by LSG, Arjun was seen engaging in a candid and insightful conversation with teammate Rishabh Pant. The discussion revolved around Arjun’s batting style, particularly his preference for heavier bats. When asked about the weight of his bat, Arjun revealed it to be around 1220 grams. Explaining his choice, he highlighted that heavier bats offer better impact with minimal effort, adding that he never goes below 1200 grams.
The reasoning behind this approach is deeply rooted in legacy. Arjun referenced his father, Sachin Tendulkar, who famously played with bats weighing between 1310 and 1315 grams during his illustrious career. The influence is evident, reflecting how Arjun is blending tradition with his own evolving game.
