AHMEDABAD: The 28th Test hundred which eluded Virat Kohli for over 1205 days, finally arrived on Sunday, ending an agonizing wait for the champion Indian batsman. Kohli now has 75 international hundreds across all three formats, and his latest effort has given India the edge leading into the final day of the fourth Test of the Border-Gavaskar Trophy against Australia.
The 34-year-old had last scored a red-ball ton (136) in the pink-ball Test against Bangladesh in 2019 at the Eden Gardens.
