FORGOTTEN HISTORY: This morning s phillip schofield will be missing for weeks as replacement confirmed | History Defined

Phillip Schofield Holly Willoughby Alison Hammond Joel Dommett Dermot OLeary

Phillip Schofield will be absent from This Morning for yet another week.

The ITV presenter has been missing all of this week as his co-star Holly Willoughby has continued on without him. In his place, Alison Hammond covered Monday and Tuesday's shows while Joel Dommett stepped in for Wednesday and Thursday.

Now it has been confirmed Phillip will not be returning next week after the co-hosts' usual Friday break. Instead Alison and Dermot O'Leary, who present the show on Fridays, will take over presenting duties from tomorrow as Holly and Phil take their scheduled Easter break.
