BIZARRE: Tired backpacker s evidence leads to rape retrial - You Need To See This

A middle-aged farmer accused of raping a 20-year-old backpacker will face a retrial, partly because she had appeared tired to a jury while testifying remotely from England.

Wayne Robert Green was found guilty at trial in May 2024 of one count each of procuring a sexual act by intimidation and rape but acquitted of one count of sexual assault.
