During the show's after show, Schwartz revealed that he felt Madix's attitude hindered his attempt to invite the group, including Madix's ex Tom Sandoval, on a group trip to celebrate the opening of Lisa Vanderpump's new restaurant, Wolf, in Lake Tahoe.
Schwartz explained that he had a plan and wanted to speak to each individual privately about the trip because he believed that if he did it in a group setting with Madix present, it would turn into a chaotic situation. However, when Schwartz approached the group, Madix rejected his invitation, as did everyone else. Schwartz felt cornered and described the interaction as a 'public stoning.'
