Rumours had been swirling about the return of Topshop since September 2024, when ASOS sold a 75 per cent stake in the company to Danish fashion business Heartland for £135 million.

Now, whispers have become fact as the 1964-founded British brand returns as a standalone brand this weekend. The cult high street store will also be returning to the catwalk, with a pre-London Fashion Week show scheduled for Saturday, August 16.
