Tottenham goalkeeper Antonin Kinsky was substituted just 17 minutes into his Champions League last-16 debut against Atletico Madrid after a series of errors.
Head coach Igor Tudor controversially started Kinsky over first-choice Guglielmo Vicario, despite Kinsky having only made two previous appearances this season.
Kinsky conceded Atletico's first goal after six minutes, slipping on a routine pass and allowing Ademola Lookman to set up Marcus Llorente.
He was at fault for two more goals within minutes, including another slip that led to Julian Alvarez scoring into an empty net.
Kinsky was immediately replaced, and Tudor's judgement is now under further scrutiny just four games into his tenure with crisis-ridden Spurs.
