UDAIPUR: As life in the Lake City returns to normal and tourism shows signs of picking up amid easing of tensions over the murder of a tailor, the district administration has started coordinating with hoteliers and tour operators to bring tourism activities back to normal.
District collector Tarachand Meena and SP Vikas Sharma on Wednesday reviewed the situation in Udaipur in a meeting with the officials and members of different tourist establishments. Meena said that the authorities should provide necessary information and facilities to tourists visiting the city and other tourist places in the state. He urged the officials to coordinate with the hoteliers and tour operators to bring tourism back on track.
