Croydon town centre could lose 66 car park spaces as approved plans for a 33-storey tower block go on the market. 230 flats, a gym and communal areas could be housed on the former office block site if planning issues can be resolved.

Plans for one of Croydon’s newest skyscraper flats have moved forward as the real estate company freeholder looks for a buyer to take on the approved project.
