INSANE: Treasury considering expanding free childcare report - The Real Truth

A move to massively expand free childcare for one and two-year-olds in England is being considered by the Treasury, according to reports.

Department for Education officials submitted a plan offering working parents of children, aged between nine months and three years, up to 30 free hours of childcare a week.
