Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau is set to shuffle his Cabinet on Friday amidst growing discontent over his leadership. The Prime Minister's office confirmed that Trudeau will participate in the swearing-in ceremony and chair a meeting with his new Cabinet later in the day.

The recent departure of his finance minister has added to the challenges facing Trudeau. New Finance Minister Dominic LeBlanc expressed support for Trudeau but acknowledged that a rising number of Liberal Members of Parliament are calling for his resignation.
