TUI bosses have issued an apology amid cancelled flights and "airport chaos".
The travel operator announced in May it would cancel six flights per day at Manchester Airport until the end of June. The airline apologised and said it was contacting all impacted customers who would automatically get a refund.
It comes as the travel industry as a whole has been hit by delays, huge queues and cancellations.
