Two more children’s sand kits have been pulled from sale in the UK after a consumer watchdog discovered they contained asbestos, raising fresh concerns about hazardous materials in products aimed at young children.

The findings by Which? follow a series of similar recalls involving numerous products, including many children’s toys, due to asbestos contamination. One of the recently withdrawn items, marketed as a Montessori sand art tray, was available via Amazon Marketplace and TikTok Shop.
