LAS VEGAS – Michael Chandler and Paddy Pimblett crossed paths for the first time Friday in advance of the UFC 314 co-main event.
Former Bellator champ Chandler (23-9 MMA, 2-4 UFC) will take on surging contender Pimblett (22-3 MMA, 6-0 UFC) in a five-round bout April 12 at Kaseya Center in Miami (ESPN+ pay-per-view, ESPN/Disney+, ESPN+) in what has the makings of a defining bout for both men.
Chandler will attempt to bust out of a 1-4 slump over his past five bouts, while Pimblett tries to stay unbeaten in the octagon against his most credentialed foe to date.
