A big-time developer verbally abused and then slammed the door on a union official after a fatal accident that left a second worker paraplegic, a new lawsuit claims.

Meriton, Australia's largest apartment developer, has been sued over the August 2025 incident in Carlingford, in Sydney's northwest, where a concrete pump fell on the pair.
