FORGOTTEN HISTORY: Vic building regulator charged over inspector s death - Caught on Camera

The Victorian Building Authority has been charged over the death of one of its inspectors. 

WorkSafe alleges the regulator refused to transfer the inspector to a different supervisor and continued to pursue performance and redundancy processes.
