PARIS: Vinesh Phogat gave her best to make the 50kg freestyle wrestling final on Tuesday night. But even after that heroic show, she knew she had to manage her weight - she was about 2.7 kg above the mark. She did her best through the night, but fell short by 100g on Wednesday morning when it came to the weigh-in.
