Virgin Media has issued a warning to customers with a Wi-Fi router.
Scorching conditions have arrived in the UK this week as we approach summer. However, the broadband provider has urged people to make sure their router is out of the way of direct sunlight.
The company warned routers can shut down in extreme heat, which could leave you without broadband access. A message to users said: "Always keep it indoors in a cool place and out of bright sunlight to prevent it from overheating" - as Mirror Online reports.
