FOUND: Weather scientists forecast normal monsoon this year | Mind Blowing Facts

PUNE: El Nino-Southern Oscillation forecasts so far suggested a normal monsoon this year, weather scientists in India told TOI on Wednesday.

Experts, however, cautioned that it was still too early to predict, and a clearer picture might only emerge in April.
