MYSTERIOUS: Welsh michelin star restaurant expands with new venue | Mind Blowing Facts

Michelin Ynyshir Gwen The Development Bank of Wales Development Bank of Wales Gareth Ward Wales Machynlleth

The only restaurant in Wales to have held two Michelin stars has opened a new venue.

The owners of Ynyshir Restaurant and Rooms in Machynlleth have opened Gwen, an eight-seat restaurant offering a communal dining experience, led by chef Corrin Harrison.

The expansion by Ynyshir Restaurant Group has been supported with a £100,000 loan from the Development Bank of Wales.
