Over a decade after our last trip to the Grid, "Tron: Ares" sees Disney's sci-fi franchise back on the big screen. This time, it's for a new adventure following a highly sophisticated Program, Ares (Jared Leto), who is brought from the digital world into ours for a dangerous new mission.
Unfortunately, it seems like "Tron: Ares" hasn't made the impression Disney might have hoped for. It's no box office smash hit, and it hasn't performed well with critics, earning a 53% rating on Rotten Tomatoes. And in my opinion, that rating is deserved; aside from its killer soundtrack, I was pretty unimpressed by the new sci-fi blockbuster (read my full "Tron: Ares" review to find out why).
