There’s no doubt that this year’s season of MAFS has delivered on the drama. From Brook Crompton‘s explosive Dinner Party rampage, the screenshot saga and the Final Test, it’s been completely bonkers.

But most importantly, the show is about love… right?

So, without further ado, here is whether or not the MAFS 2026 couples are still together.

Which Married At First Sight 2026 couples are still together?

Are Juliette Fava and Joel Moses still together?

Juliette Fava and Joel Moses were our first intruders of MAFS 2026. At the start, Juliette seemed to be thrown off by Joel’s theatrical personality. However, after getting to know him beyond his personality during their GC honeymoon, Juliette slowly began to grow a soft spot for the model.

Unfortunately… that was short-lived. Unfortunately, their relationship imploded during Crash Course Week, where she humiliated him at the Dinner Party. However, after all of that, the bride shocked everyone when she wrote ‘stay’ at the fourth Commitment Ceremony.

By the time the fifth Commitment Ceremony rolled around, Juliette cracked it and walked out on Joel before she was able to reveal if she wrote ‘Stay’ or ‘Leave’. When Joel returned, he said goodbye to the rest of the MAFS cast, so we’re assuming that’s that for this couple. It would make sense based on his recent comments calling her a “supervillain”.

Are Stephanie Marshall and Tyson Gordon still together?

Tyson Gordon officially ended his relationship with Stephanie Marshall when he stormed out of the fourth Commitment Ceremony after she spoke to the experts about the issues in their relationship.

“I do not see a future here with this person at all,” he declared, claiming he would be going back to the Gold Coast.

“I’m done with this bickering. I’m done with this bullsh*t. I’m done with this experiment,” he continued.

It’s no surprise their relationship came to an end as they’ve been clashing since their wedding, but it’s always a shame when a couple doesn’t work out, nonetheless!

Relationship status: Broken up.

Are Julia Vogl and Grayson McIvor still together?

This pair gave slow-burn vibes at the start of the experiment. You see, Julia Vogl is the only bisexual person in this batch of MAFS, so she was unsure if the experts had matched her with a man or woman. She eventually met Grayson McIver, and the pair had hit it off.

However, there were concerns about whether Julia saw a future with Grayson, putting quite the damper on their relationship. They appeared to patch things up and progress their relationship, but eventually called it quits at the third Commitment Ceremony.

Following the show, Julia has since confirmed she’s in a new relationship with Sasha, who Woman’s Day reports is a singing teacher.

Are Mel Akbay and Luke Fourniotis still together?

Mel Akbay and Luke Fourniotis were litch-erally perfff on paper. During their introduction packages, Luke spoke about his yearning for a feminine partner, which was then followed by Mel’s yearning for her “blue” man — a masculine man who just oozes all those stereotypical masculine traits, like carrying the groceries and being a fixer-upper.

However, things got off on the wrong foot for the couple, with Luke rocking up late to the nuptials. As a result, Mel walked down the aisle to an empty altar. On top of that, Luke was munching away on some chewy while Mel was reading out her vows, which gave her the major ick.

They tried their best (or did they?) to build a connection in the experiment, and even went on one Holey Moley date, but ultimately, the pair decided to write “leave” at the third Commitment Ceremony.

Since the show has aired, Mel shared a lengthy statement on Instagram apologising for her behaviour on the show.

“There were moments where I didn’t communicate well and came across as insensitive. For that, I’m truly sorry to anyone who felt hurt or offended,” Mel wrote on Instagram.

In the same post, Mel also apologised for sharing her “stalking” story in which she joked about stalking an ex during Revelations Week.

“I do not think stalking is funny and I absolutely do not condone that behaviour. I was referring to something from when I was 17 and joking with friends,” Mel said.

Are Rebecca Zukowski and Steve Powell still together?

Rebecca Zukowski and Steve Powell were one of the first couples to leave the experiment, and as someone watching on, I was definitely on Team Rebecca.

Basically, their relationship was doomed from the start, with Steve struggling to find any type of attraction towards Rebecca. With this struggle, the groom failed to participate in multiple tasks, such as Bec’s Ultimate Fantasy Night, which was so devastating.

But hey, with the duo donezo, at least Bec can go out there and get what she deserves: a great hunk of spunk!

Are Brook Crompton and Chris Nield still together?

Chris Nield got hitched to Brook Crompton in a rainy ceremony, but alongside the wet weather, Chris was left feeling some type of way after the model refused to kiss him on the lips at the altar. During Revelations Week, Brook was shown Chris’ audition tape and was completely appalled. But alongside her disgust with her new groom, Brook also started beefing with her fellow brides, Alissa and Stella.

In Week Three, Brook left the experiment abruptly, leaving Chris alone. However, she gatecrashed the Dinner Party, not to get back with Chris, but to call out Alissa and Stella, giving us the most chaotic Dinner Party in MAFS history. Brook ran away a second time during the second Commitment Ceremony when Mel Schilling attempted to confront her over her Dinner Party shenanigans.

ALSO, in Week Two, Brook announced that she is now engaged and expecting a baby with her ex. So yeah, they’re donezo.

Are Chris Robinson and Sam Stanton still together?

I REALLY AM HOPING SO. Nope.

Look, things started off real sweet between the pair. They were intimate, they were loving, they were getting along, and they fit into the group REAL WELL.

But unfortunately, things went downhill when Chris Robinson opened up about plans outside of the show. While the plans were quite tame, Sam Stanton felt like he wasn’t considered and tried to raise this with Chris. After their discussion turned into an argument, Sam accused Chris of not being genuine with his apologies.

Unfortunately, the pair couldn’t bounce back from this low point in their relationship. As a result, the pair broke up at Homestays Week on Chris’ farm.

Are Stella Mickunaite and Filip Gregov still together?

Initially, Stella Mickunaite had some reservations about Filip Gregov after he dropped his YouTube channel during his vows (LOL). But shortly after their wedding, their chemistry brewed and brewed and brewed, making them one of the strongest couples in the experiment (so far).

It even got to a point where Stella couldn’t point out any red flags, resulting in the other brides accusing her of having a fake relationship.

However, their love was officially solidified at the Final Vows, with Filip officially proposing to Stella on Sydney’s harbour!

And since then, the pair have been spotted outside of the experiment during the show’s run… so yeah. There were signs that they made it in the end.

Hey, at least we got a relationship from this batch, right?

Are Bec Zacharia and Danny Hewitt still together?

These two were quite rollercoaster. At the start, Bec Zacharia was smitten by Danny Hewitt, and the pair shared a lot of good bantz at the altar. However, a cheeky joke about getting arrested gave Bec the ick.

During their honeymoon, Danny admitted that he doesn’t feel any sexual chemistry with Bec, and Bec caught him looking at other girls. However, the pair eventually strengthened their bond through the couple building tasks set up by the experts, until…

Gia and Brook claimed that Danny told Gia that she was more his type in the real world. The whole thing blew up in the couple’s faces, with Bec not knowing who to trust and Danny flipping the whole thing on Bec for not trusting him in the first place (now that’s a real ick!!!). Bec eventually vocalised her loyalty to her husband, putting a strain on her and Gia’s friendship.

Since then, the pair had seemingly gone from strength to strength with some hiccups, like Danny’s unfunny jokes and Bec’s behaviour at the Dinner Parties and the Final Test, each episode.

But at Final Vows, Danny ended up friend-zoning Bec, describing his connection to her as a “soulmate” but as a friend (???). The decision left Bec in tears.

However, in scathing unseen footage that was aired on Stan’s MAFS: After The Reunion, Danny called out the executive producers for matching him with Bec, revealing his true feelings.

“I can fucking walk in Coles and get a better bird than that,” Danny spewed.

DISGUSTENG.

Are Gia Fleur and Scott McCristal still together?

The Gia Fleur and Scott McCristal were a “power couple” throughout the first half of the season. But before the show could end, Gia announced her new relationship.

Speaking to Daily Mail Australia, Gia said she can no longer “keep pretending” she’s with Scott when she’s “so in love” with another reality star — Love Triangle‘s Alan Wallace.

Alan also confirmed the news, saying that the pair are officially boyfriend and girlfriend. They were papped by Woman’s Day late last month, with sources telling the publication that the couple have been together since late last year and are now living under the same roof.

Scott spoke out about Gia’s new romance, joking to PEDESTRIAN.TV that he “hasn’t seen anything”. However, he addressed rumours that Alan used to date his ex, Abby, explaining they never were in a relationship but did go on one date.

“I spoke to my ex because she’s a mate of mine, and no, they did not date. I don’t even know if they hooked up,” he said. 

“They went on a date once, and if they hooked up, it would have been once — and I confirmed that with my ex directly. She said, ‘He’s cringe, he’s definitely not my type, yuck’. That’s what her exact words were. So whatever he’s saying is bullsh*t.”

Despite the major spoiler, the pair officially broke up at the Final Dinner Party after Gia lied about leaving Sydney.

Are Alissa Fay and David Momoh still together?

South Australia’s Alissa Fay and Queensland’s David Momoh were the first couple to get hitched in this year’s season! Their wedding was quite the show stopper, with Alissa forcing David to get on his knee at the altar and propose. After a bit of back and forth, the e-commerce product manager eventually caved in and proposed to his reality TV wifey.

While the exchange was quite awkward, the wedding went off without any problems, with Alissa eventually apologising for the stunt during the reception, explaining that it was something she needed as the proposal symbolised commitment.

The pair seemed to be going strong, but at Homestays, Alissa started questioning whether David was the man for her.

Unfortunately, things took a nosedive in the end, when David vocalised to the experts that he felt like he couldn’t speak up out of fear of Alissa feeling attacked. In response, Alissa claimed she’d been “blindsided” by David’s claims.

Things got worse after the Final Test, after David took off his wedding ring because of Alissa’s behaviour. Alissa threw her ring at David in retaliation, claiming she was done.

Days later, at the Final Dinner Party, David attempted to win Alissa back by getting down on his knee (AGAIN) and putting the ring she threw on his finger. Unfortunately for him, she wasn’t having a bar of it.

At Final Vows, David read out his speech, announcing that he was “walking away” to stand up for himself. Right after finishing up, David literally walked away and didn’t look back, leaving Alissa alone to read her vows to no one.

So yeah. They’re not together despite what they built in the first couple of weeks.

Are Rachel Gilmore and Steven Danyluk still together?

Our first sweet couple of the season (I seriously hope I didn’t jinx myself with that comment). Meet Rachel Gilmore and Steven Danyluk, who’ve both turned to MAFS after years of struggling to find love beyond the show.

Like most MAFS weddings, Rachel was struck with nerves after Steven failed to compliment her throughout the whole day, which planted seeds of doubt in her mind. After coming clean about her thoughts, Steven complimented her while bashing himself in a confessional, admitting that he totally blanked when it came to dishing out the sweet talk.

After that talk — which went incredibly swell — the pair cut the cake and celebrated their new titles as husband and wife.

Despite many, many trials and tribulations, the pair became one of the strongest couples of 2026, with the pair agreeing to stay with each other at Final Vows.

However, it was revealed that the Reunion that the pair had separated due to David’s inability to prioritise Rachel, leaving her completely heartbroken.

Relationship status: Broken up.

That’s a wrap for 2026 with only one successful couple!!! But hey, one is better than none, I guess?
