Windscribe was founded by Yegor Sak, Alex Paguis, and Mark Ulicki in Canada in 2016, and they still run the company. It’s a mid-tier provider, but it offers a great free plan that includes nearly everything offered by a paid subscription.
Unlike some free services that limit you to one location or bombard you with ads, Windscribe Free has a clean interface and 13 servers in 10 countries on offer. Significantly, it also has an audited no-logs policy, which has independently tested and proven the firm’s commitment not to log user data.
