A woman who stood over and berated her former partner as he bled to death in a gutter will spend at least 13 years behind bars for his murder.

Candice Harper and Benjamin McCartin were jailed on Tuesday for fatally stabbing Ricky Rowlands, 46, on a Melbourne CBD street in October 2020.
