A Yorkshire property company has completed a significant deal to develop a plot of land into a £3.5m roadside destination.
Almscliffe-Dhesi Developments (2) Ltd – part of the Almscliffe-Dhesi Group – is converting a brownfield site beside the A66 in Middlesbrough, by the SG Petch dealership, into a new drive-thru location.
The 6,200 sq ft development, which has received planning approval, includes three standalone units which will be operated by Burger King, Taco Bell and Greggs, all of whom have taken long-term leases.
