Purdue center Zach Edey showcased an exceptional performance on Friday night, making history in the process. Edey's remarkable display led the top-seeded Boilermakers to a convincing 78-50 victory over 16th-seeded Grambling State in the NCAA Tournament.
Edey's standout performance included a rare feat of achieving 30 points and 21 rebounds, marking the first 30-point, 20-rebound game in the NCAA Tournament since 1995. The Canadian center's dominance on the court effectively put an end to any doubts about Purdue's ability to advance past the first round of March Madness.
