US Labor Board Accuses Apple Of Imposing Illegal Workplace Rules
The National Labor Relations Board claims that Apple required its U.S. employees to sign illegal confidentiality agreements and non-disclosure as well as non-compete agreements. Apple also imposed overly broad social media policies, it said.
