I guessed right by (50:50) chance, but I can never say for sure what is Poland's and what is Monaco's flag. Someone know a mnemonic bridge?

Czechia. Like a lot of countries it has a different name/spelling in its own language than the commonly used English name. But the quiz is in English, so I wouldn't expect to find Osterreich, Hrvatska or Hellas either.
