We've come too far to not go any further. That's the message many feminists are screaming as they take to the internet to call out patriarchy, misogyny, sexism, male privilege and general pathetic behavior. And often, they aren't writing long, detailed scholarly posts.
There are a bunch of social media accounts dedicated to slamming all that's wrong with society today. One of them goes by the name This is feminist, bro and the content is bound to get certain people hot under the collar. The page has almost 100,000 followers. It's a wall of punchy posts and hard-hitting memes poking holes in the belief that women are "less-than."
Bored Panda has put together a list of the best for you to scroll through while that other crowd mutters, "not all men!" Feel free to share it with your feminist, and non-feminist friends alike. Don't forget to upvote your favorites...

That never stopped my ex. Healing from childbirth didn't stop him. I was tempted to cut off his d**k countless times.
Most "pro-life" people have no idea what an embryo actually is.
Everyone, regardless of their gender, should have equal rights and opportunities. That’s feminism in a nutshell. The movement began in the 1800s when women fought for the right to vote, own property and receive education. Today, feminism looks different.
Modern feminism focuses on the belief in the equality of people of all genders, and dismantling anything and everything that stands in the way of gender inequality.
“These inequalities could be pay inequality, gender-based health care inaccessibility, rigid social expectations, or gender-based violence which still impact people everywhere to this day,” explains ABC News.
OOF! That stings. I hope every guy there looked over at his partner with that "is it OK to laugh" look. You know the one.
Because men somehow managed to convince the whole society that anger is not an emotion
Many argue that historically, feminism focused primarily on the struggles of white, middle-class women, despite many black women being part of the movement. These women of color still faced barriers even after important feminist victories
More recently, feminists are fighting not just for women, but for those who were previously excluded from the movement, like women of color and gender diverse people.
“Our gender, our race, disability, class, sexuality, and more – all of these pieces of ourselves generate different lived experiences and also help us understand that no one of us is just one thing,” says Diana Duarte, the Director of Policy and Strategic Engagement at MADRE, a feminist group. “This inclusive vision is a powerful and integral part of feminism.”
People in the USA are freaking out about birth rates. Maybe if they made it easier to raise children, there would be more, but as it stands, the K shaped economy has destroyed the libedo of the entire country.
While the feminist movement has celebrated some major wins, we aren't anywhere near to seeing proper gender equality. In fact, The United Nation estimates that, without proper investment, this could take almost 300 more years to achieve.
According to Global Citizen, more than 120 million girls don't have access to education, and of the 690 million people who are food insecure around the world, 60% are women and girls.
Global Citizen's experts add that women-owned businesses receive less than 1% of global procurement spending. And the United Nations revealed in September 2023 that for each dollar men earn globally, women earn just 51 cents.
"Women also spend three times as many hours on unpaid domestic and care work as men," notes Global Citizen's website.
Also a real War where women discovered they could do anything a man can do.The Second World War was a major game changer. They got a taste of blue collar, middle class life without men and they liked it. Can you blame them?
"A lot of young people think that women's rights has already been accomplished. We've got Title IX; we've got laws against gender discrimination. But they don't realize there are still so many forces against women's rights, like reproductive rights and pay equity," says Cynthia de las Fuentes, past-president of the American Psychological Association's Society for the Psychology of Women
What a creepy weird disgusting thing to say about your nephew, holy incest 🤮
Anyone can be a feminist and U.K.-based organization Right To Equality believes that all men should be feminists. The organization's experts explain that feminism benefits everyone, regardless of gender, by creating equal opportunities for advancement across all areas of life.
This includes combating sexism, promoting equality between genders in terms of rights and responsibilities, and fostering respect between genders which leads to greater understanding and acceptance throughout our communities. "Ultimately," notes the site, "this creates a better world for all people regardless of their background or identity."
More like a working mother and/or wife at work means more time off requests for sick kids, calls from the school and appts, no time for overtime and not available to be on call. Working mothers are the hated coworkers everyone gossips and complains about being "flaky" and "privileged". Single, working mothers are the ones being asked "who's taking care of the kids while you're at work?" because single mothers can't be trusted to be responsible employees and parents. Single dads are viewed as the heroes and trustworthy. They got custody over the default mother, so the mom must have done something really heinous to lose custody. While dad is the most responsible. There's also the notion a single mom is purposely depriving her kids of a stable life with a biological father figure. I never hear single dads accused of depriving his kids of a stable life with a biological mother figure. /js
"Whataboutism" is one of the worst trends in 21st century political discourse.
According to a Pew Research Center poll, about six-in-ten U.S. women say “feminist” describes them very (19%) or somewhat (42%) well.
"Notably, many of those who identify as feminist are critical of the feminist movement," reveals Pew. "For example, 43% of adults who say feminism describes them very or somewhat well also say feminism is polarizing, and 45% would not describe it as inclusive."
I'm still trying to figure out why men are so creeped out by menstrual blood.
According to the poll, women are more likely than men to associate feminism with positive attributes like empowering and inclusive. Men men are more likely than women to see feminism as polarizing and outdated. Even so, notes Pew Research Center's site, six-in-ten men say feminism is empowering.
Yup, our hormones made us too complicated to use in lots of medical research trials apparently…
But Duarte warns that we should not let our "opponents" define the identity of feminism for us.
“It's important," she says "not to lose sight of the community, the political grounding that feminism has offered to so many, where feminism actually has a great reputation that comes from the positive and meaningful reality of it that people have experienced all around the world.”
Sorry but No. As s a woman and a proud feminist, I've unfortunately encountered no shortage of power-hungry women who've climbed the career ladder, then done their damnedest to block other women - equality means acknowledging that we have the same negative characteristics, as well as the same positive ones.
Preach. Crushes on older people is part of growing up, but just because a 15-year-old has a starry-eyed crush on a someone older than them (by at least a year or two) doesn't mean that they are emotionally or cognitively developed enough to actually cope with all that séx and/or a romantic relationship involves. Their crush is not a permission slip to take advantage of them "because they started it"; you're the more mature one, it's on you to act like it and shut it down as kindly but firmly as possible.
That stereotype is so old, Fred Flintstone fell off his dinosaur when he heard it.
"Fun" fact: a lot of things like medicine or car safety elements work worse on women because they were researched and tested with average-sized men as the default
Trumpers: How dare you make our darling idol look bad by accurately quoting things he said live on camera!
I don't swim much any more, but I long ago gave up trying to find swimwear that hid all of my "gross" parts (fat stomach, flat bútt, large bréasts) that I wear rashguard stuff into the water these days - basically pants and long-sleeved shirts made for surfers. They cover up ALL the unsightly bits! I know I don't HAVE to wear those things to go to the beach or into a pool and that I shouldn't care that I'm fat, but honestly, I've spent my whole life being broken down for my appearance (mostly by other females, sadly) that my brain wants me to cover myself up, even though I know I don't have to. It kind of súcks. I guess the other benefit of the rashguard coverup stuff is that it helps protect my pasty white skin from the sun, though XD
If a woman becomes seriously ill, a man will divorce her because: 1) He doesn't want to be the caretaker; 2) He doesn't want all of the savings to go to HER care; 3) She is no longer s******y available. ~~ "In sickness and in health" unless SHE is the one who gets sick, I guess.
Take a straight man to a gay bar and see how quickly he understands consent
The same as "reverse racism" aka. "How DARE you say something bad about the group of people who's been systematically oppressing you for centuries?"
"Stop telling your daughter not to wear shorts when uncle Randy comes for a visit and start telling Randy he's not welcome in your house anymore."
But at least it's funny to see the "alpha male" chud types like Andrew Tate or Jordan Peterson confidently claiming female orgasm is a myth because they've never seen one
My first long term partner suffer endometriosis and I mean SUFFERED. She tried every painkiller available and never found anything that worked effectively. I know that she was very lucky to have a child with her husband and she had a hysterectomy a year or so after their child was born.
I started menstruating at 11 and I remember one of my great-aunts telling me "Now you're a grown woman! You can have babies! Aren't you excited?" like what. No?! XD It's funny because my older family members were very traditional Hispanics and god help you if you were a girl in my family who had séx and got pregnant as a teen/while unmarried. You'd be literally excommunicated from the family (happened to one of my cousins.) You were told in my family that only girls who are slúts have séx before marriage. So my great-aunt was celebrating me being a "grown woman" at 11 because I was menstruating, but if I'd actually done the deed that gets you pregnant, I'd instantly be a slút XD
It is also true that female babies born prematurely have significantly better odds compared to male infants of the same gestational age, in terms of both outright survival and the likelihood of avoiding survivable but impactful complications. So much for all of that "weaker s3x" nonsense!
There's great freedom in acknowledging the ideal and expectation, then just tossing it away and being yourself. This is me. This is the body I live in. Accept me as I am or leave. Very freeing, very self-accepting. Very anti-capitalist.
I have been a best friend, a cousin and a girlfriend to women I don't know too many times x
Correct, the majority are not. It is the few that we need to be wary of. And why should we be wary? Even as a pensioner I'm always wary. We should not need to be.
"KillVolo". Yeah, I agree; this creep definitely needs to be k1lled.
"Prostitute" looks to mean independent woman who can and does take care of herself, does what she likes, and doesn't care about or center men's needs or wants. I'm one then, always have been, and so proud of it. It is just so important to reclaim allegedly "insulting" words. Like b!tch: boys I'm taking charge here, or babe in total control of herself. Choose either, I like both. I've said this to men before. Then told them to close their mouths before a fly gets in.
When I was a teenager, I did all of the dishes and cleaned the whole kitchen after dinner, along with various other chores. I asked my mom once if my nephew, a year older than me and living with us, could clean the kitchen sometimes. He laughed and said "No, the kitchen is a woman's job" and nothing changed. This wasn't years and years ago, I'm 19. (My nephew is... an interesting person. He treats his longterm girlfreind very well, but man does he say shit. I think he just does it to get a reaction, but who knows with him.)
Where I live, we say "You can play an amazing performance even with a little puppet"
Mmmkay, so sit with that emotion, then find ways to be better, and help other men be better. Good deal, you're getting in touch with some emotions. It's a start.
What's even more radical is again, realizing this is one way of looking at the world, and just tossing it in the garbage. Be the change you want to see. Micro-feminist aggressions every day, all day, everywhere possible. Be pro-life: your own life, your own way, on your terms, asss much as possible for as long as you live. Refuse to rot. Bloom where you are, and let your life force be a middle finger to all of patriarchy.
Hey, I've never had a child, does that mean I'm perfect? Oh, no, wait, that means I'm useless to society and not a real woman XD
