Busy Philipps got good news from her MRI

Busy Philipps' latest tests have confirmed there is "no sign" of a brain tumour any more.

The Dawson's Creek actress revealed in August she had been diagnosed with a grade 2 oligodendroglioma, a rare slow-growing tumour, and subsequently underwent two operations to have it removed. This week, she underwent an MRI scan which revealed good news - but also detected something else about her health.
