SHOCKING: Cocoa prices slip as ice cocoa inventories increase - What They Never Told You

July ICE NY cocoa (CCN23) on Monday closed down -6 (-0.20%), and July ICE London cocoa #7 (CAK23) closed down -12 (-0.53%).

Cocoa prices Monday posted modest losses as they consolidated recent gains.  An increase in cocoa inventories weighed on prices after ICE-monitored cocoa inventories held in U.S. port warehouses Monday rose to a 7-1/2 month high of 5,677,125 bags.  Also, ICE-monitored cocoa inventories held in European port warehouses last Friday rose to a 7-3/4 month high of 144,430 MT.
