DARK SECRETS: Developer acquires poole site to build nearly 50 industrial units - The Real Truth

A developer has acquired a site in Poole for an undisclosed sum where it plans to build 48 new industrial units.

Local firm Fortitudo has bought 3.5 acres at the site of the Magna Park industrial estate after it recently gained planning permission for the project.

Joint agents Vail Williams and Lambert Smith Hampton agreed the sale with Fortitudo on behalf of WH White.
