Fergus Maclennan, head of Cushman & Wakefield’s Glasgow Business Space Agency, has launched a new commercial property agency.
After nine years with the property services firm, his new venture, Adapt Commercial Property, is aiming to provide strategic advice to landlords, investors and occupier clients.
Maclennan, also a director at Partick Thistle FC, has a strong track-record in Glasgow commercial property, transacting on some of the largest office deals in the city, recently acting on behalf of Aecom, Morgan Stanley, Virgin Money, GAP Group, Experian, BDO and Interpath Advisory.
