MUMBAI: The Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) has moved a petition before Maharashtra Assembly speaker Rahul Narwekar seeking disqualification of Ajit Pawar and eight other MLAs who have taken oath as ministers in the Eknath Shinde-led state government.
