Accident black spots: Flyover ramps, higher vehicle density leading to accidents on Mysuru Road

During peak hours, around 130 vehicles pass through this junction every minute, noted an official from Byatarayanapura Traffic Police Station explaining the problems at KSRTC junction on Mysuru Road. This is one of the four points identified on Mysuru Road as accident black spots by the Bengaluru Traffic Police (BTP).

Funds allotted for NH-66 development in Kollam

NHAI approves ₹58.20cr for NH 66 in Kollam, incl. 27.5m span at Kottiyam, Chathannur & Paripally, underpass at Chathannur KSRTC bus stand, Kureepuzha underpass, 500m service road, underpass at Mukkada Junction, widening of Ayathil bridge. Target to finish by Feb 2025.
